Oregon 75 Ice Cream Floats


Feel like a kid again while sipping on a sophisticated cocktail with an ice cream twist. The classic French 75 cocktail takes on a playful new life with 2 scoops of strawberry ice cream.


  • 1.5 ounces gin
  • 1/2 lemon (peeled & juiced)
  • 2 scoops Tillamook Oregon Strawberry Ice Cream
  • 1-2 small strawberries
  • 2 ounces pink champagne


  1. Add gin to a fancy glass and squeeze in the juice of half a lemon. Stir together.
  2. Add 2 scoops of Tillamook Oregon Strawberry Ice Cream.
  3. Pop the top on some champagne. Top the glass with fizzy pink champagne and garnish with itty bitty strawberries and a lemon twist. Enjoy with friends!
